5.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at any time before it is dispatched.

How to Cancel: To cancel your order, simply contact us at saikasits@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Provide your order ID and request for cancellation.

Processing Time: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund within 2 business days.

  • After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above if you still wish to cancel.
  • In such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

5.2 Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time for the following reasons:

  • Payment Issues: If there is an issue with processing the payment (e.g., insufficient funds, fraudulent activity).
  • Product Unavailability: If the product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Incorrect Information: If there is an error in the pricing, description, or availability of the product listed on our website.

In the case of a cancellation by us, we will notify you by email and offer you a full refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We may also cancel or delay your order due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
